I thought I would try posting this, not sure if any members are close by but t his estate has EVERYTHING you can think of, vintage baseball, pre-war, war mem ........... it goes on and on. It is a fascinating collection to browse through.

I use this site to scan auctions, I have search criteria via email alert. It does not work well as I am Canadian but for you souith of me it may be something to look into. Its fun for me but could be of value to my US friends.

Always looking for Blackhawk hockey, Notre Dame Football, White Sox and Bears Stuff. I have a plaque in my card room that says, "I could have been a millionaire but my mom threw out my baseball cards". How apropos!!! Collecting Chicago Blackhawks Hockey, Doug Wilson Hockey, Chicago Bears Older, Notre Dame Football in their college jerseys and Chicago White Sox.

It's in Michigan. Click on the arrrow that says view auction and the info is there.
It looks like an awsome estate sale, but all the "vintage" baseball cards I saw sure looked like reprints to me, at least by the pictures. Which fits in with the various early 90's unopened boxes. But, who knows, maybe s/he had a dozen original Mickey Mantle cards and the Banks rookie and Jackie Robinson rookie, etc....

We have two members right next door in Lapeer.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

In the Mantle collection, all he is missing is the holy grail 1952 card. Could be quite the buy - all the Mantles in one small purchase.

Awesome I could help others out possibly!!!! This site is fantastic as it will list any auctions coming up around you specific or you can scan the entire USA. I've used it now for over a year and have seen some really nice things pass me by. There were 8 hits for "hockey" this week, and that was only one of them.
