When I was in high school, I blended the words spazmatic and fantastic to create my own word. I said it a lot: spaz-ma-tas-tic. When I created my first email account in the late 90's, I knew nobody would have that name. I've used it as my user name in some form on nearly every site where I've needed one. I also still have the original email account.

My user name is based upon my love of baseball for which I attended many a minor league game at Ray Winder Field growing up in the Little Rock area, hence the thumbnail photo too. Boy do I miss that park! During my youth and through the 2000 season they were affiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Funny enough though, I'm a fan of the Redbirds' arch rivals. While I realize the actual name of the team is the Arkansas Travelers, I use the singular version (it's just me here) as I also like to travel as well having been to 49 of the 50 states, a majority of Canada and a few other countries at this point in my life. Arkansas Traveler is also the state song of Arkansas originally composed by Colonel Sanford C. "Sandy" Faulkner in the 19th century.
More on the song and it's different versions here:

Well now, do I really need to .... if Billy's needs an explanation I guess mine does?? I'm a fan of Bill Ranford, MVP goalie of the 1990 Stanley Cup Champion Edmonton Oilers. The avatar has a long story but the short version is : I originally had a pic of a passed out polar bear in a zoo enclosure making fun of my northern position compared to most. Then a member bugged me about it being literally colder here than both antartica and Mars so they started joking about me, martians and penguins all hanging out on my roof putting up christmas lights. So I found a frozen penguin avatar and chnaged to that. It turns out that this a a very free to use avatar from Linux(?) software with hundreds of themes, current one found by C2Cigars and passed along due to circumstance.

My name was created back in the Windows '98 era. I played an online game, I think it was Acrophobia. I wanted a username that didn't have a number after it. I tried so many different words... all taken. One word song titles, even obscure ones... taken as well. The last song title I tried was Xanadu by Rush. I was sitting there looking at the name and thought, put a 'de' at the end of it. Not taken. I've used it ever since. The annoying part is that with so many websites I sign up for I have to include a number after it!

Mine comes from being a King Felix and Seattle sports fan (at least with the Mariners & Seahawks). I guess it could also be used to describe my collecting journey-- always seeking to add more to my collection.

Mine is a play on my last name, Storm, i.e. St. Orm, thus SaintOrm.
Many years ago, a friend of mine proclaimed me a saint. We had been at an event in Michigan until midnight & three out of the four cars made it back to South Bend, Indiana. I actually got lost on the way back, so I was last of the three to arrive, but the others were too tired to go back for their "friends". After cramming five passengers in my Honda Civic hatchback, we all returned safely - just before sunrise.
As for performing true miracles... well, I graduated from CalTech, and I've beaten cancer - despite it coming back four times. Both of those "feats" took four years to accomplish.
On a virus-related topic, my ebay handle is "pazzocow", which is half-Italian for "crazy" cow. I was a fan of the band Anthrax back in the day & they got some unexpected publicity when the Mad Cow outbreak occured in the late '90s.

I got my first baseball cards in 1968 (Topps of course) and have been hooked on them ever since, collecting off and on for 52 years and counting. My profile picture is from a set of cards my coworkers had made up for me for my retirement party four years ago, commemorating various life milestones, in this case graduating from Maizeland Elementary School in Pico Rivera, California in 1972.

First name initial with my last name, I've used it since I first got on the internet, makes it easy to remember until some sites make you put a number after it.
