I buy a good majority of the newer cards at Target since it's two minutes from my house. I never noticed on the receipt the return policy for baseball cards. On the receipt below the price it reads, "Must exchange if opened." That's kind of a dumb policy if you think about it. Someone could buy a bunch of packs, go home and open them all and take out all the good cards and then replace them with base cards and return them to Target. That's a crazy policy. This is giving free reign to pack searchers. What are your thoughts on this?
Also, just an FYI. Sports Cards are considered Toys at Target so if they run promotions on Toys like, "spend $100 on Toys get $25 off" then it applies to sports cards. There is a promo going on right now.

You sure it says, "opened" and not "unopened"? If so, that's not good, but I'm sure they don't resell them.

Wow! I can't see the image you posted, but I'm curious why it would be that way,

Yeah, it seems like an extremely stupid policy.

The Target in my area does not accept opened cards for return. Like the "Blind Bag" toys and such. Not sure how they do it, but when returning another item I watched someone try.

If abuse of that policy rises, it will change. And there are probably people already taking advantage of the system. It's a unfortunate oversight and dishonesty will occur.
I do like the second part about Cards being included in Toy sales. I'm not far from a Target myself.

Yeah, but you could still take all the good cards out and replace them with base then return them and get more cards and do the same thing over and over.
