I know some have been as players, but have any of you made it on a card in the background as a fan?

If I have I haven't found the card yet. I once had someone buy a card from me on Ebay with a note pointing out who he was in the background.

When Earnhardt wrecked at Daytona in 1997, my brother in law was in the picture used in Sports Illustrated. I was sitting next to him, but did not make the picture.

Had my photo taken by a baseball card photographer once:
But it never appeared on a card.

That's me hanging out with Martin Straka in my profile pic! My head nearly exploded when I saw it. From 2005-06 Hot Prospects. Probably the only time I'll ever sit on the glass in my life, it ended up on a card, and I got lucky enough to actually come across it. Been 23ish years since I first saw it but I can still hardly believe it.

I have never been on a tradibg card but, I was on the cover of a High school track meet program. They had taken the picture at the very start of the race and the starter placed me right at the front for the start. So it looks like I'm leading a huge pack. I ended in 10th...lol.

Not on a card, but I am in the 1984 Mets yearbook in a couple of pictures.

YES, not me but Miss T has trading cards from t-ball through senior league. Includes Softball cards and Basketball cards. They are all displayed in a Photo Card Collector frame. Pretty Neat. !
