Does anybody know if a card has a gemstone attached- should the checklist per card include the stone in its notes? Thanks

I included it in Note2 for this set: https://www.tradingcarddb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/200810, but if there's a standard to follow for gemstones, I'd be happy to update/correct.
