I bought six 1947-66 Exhibits cards this morning. Had to buy store credit (minimum of $25) to be able to make an offer, which was accepted on four of the six cards. Anyway, I didn't use up all the money. I went back this evening to use the balance and noticed that I'm being charged shipping again, even though I haven't asked for the other cards to be shipped. Is that the way it works? I thought if you didn't get them shipped until you were satisfied with accumulating what you wanted, then you just got a one time shipping fee?

Could it be that the two cards in which the offer wasn’t accepted, are just showing in your cart (which would then show a shipping charge)? I’ve had something similar happen before & I just emptied my cart.

No, I went ahead and purchased those cards, too, at the same time. I went to choose another card and noticed it had the card price plus another $3.99 shipping charge.

Weird. I haven’t dealt with customer service too much (2x, I think) but they seemed more than willing to work with me. Hope they can help you get this straightened out.

My first suggestion is also for you to check to make sure you are still logged in.

That is odd, I didn’t think shipping was added until you requested the shipment.
