Can someone help me out wih the correct procedure to counter an offer? I've tried a couple of times and after I think I have countered nothing changes from the original offer. Thanks.

Hi, You need to put it on counter then click on update and then change the cards you want to and then you have to click on the update again. It should show the changes after that. Teresa
