It's ungraded, and the graded cards command the most money (a 10 being flawless would fetch the most $$, and the scale and prices go down from there). For your card it looks like every corner has a ding, you want those to be sharp. The cut is off-center (not your fault) by I'd guess 30-70 Left to Right, the closer it is to being perfectly centered or 50-50 the better value. On the front of the card just above your thumb there seems to be what is called a rough cut (again not your fault) O-Pee-Chee cards are notorious for this problem. So as the blade used to cut the cards gets used it gets dull and sometimes near the end of its usefulness would not cut it anymore (pun intended).
So the back of the card looks pretty good, nice centering but again the corners are dinged. The front still seems to have some gloss left on the picture which is a plus, too much handling or being left out in the sun will damage the gloss.
If you find the right person who needs that card to complete their set or collects Pete Rose cards, you might get a couple of bucks. Do a search on ebay for that card and try to find one in similar condition and see how much sellers are asking for it. Then check completed auctions and do the same to see the amount they actually sold for. Good luck and welcome to the site!
