I sold a 2018 Topps Kris Davis base printing plate for $10 a few years ago.

Yeah that sounds about right for a common printing plate $5-10. The right collector (a Garcon fan in this case) may offer you a little more, but printing plates have been watered down a bit over the years and really aren't as special as they used to be, especially with all the other 1/1s and low numbered parallels flooding the market too.
