After a lot of thought, plus an influx of another zillion cards that are in pristine condition from another collection purchase, I'm getting rid of those yellowed cards. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I can't trade damaged cards I wouldn't want in my collection to someone else. That's just not right. Anything later than 1990 should be in close to out of the box/package condition. A yellowed card, especially something like an Upper Deck card where you're expecting that pristine white border, is just wrong. I can accept damage to vintage cards as that can add to the character of the card. But the newer stuff, the yellowing just looks horrible to me. I'm boxing all of the damaged cards up to give to my nephews.
HAPPY COLLECTING!!!!
