I am still working and handle the finance and human resources role. My point was that in today's world I'm not going to be positively received if I address an employee with How difficult is it to just do your job? I will also have an unhappy employee if every month or two I confront them with what they may feel are petty complaints. Perhaps you could have instead started a topic with a friendly reminder of ideas to help your trade partner? That seems a little less hostile. I know I prefer to see this site as a friendly atmosphere to give myself a break from days that are filled with anxst. Trade partners should not be confronted with how hard is it for you to follow my preferred method of receiving trades? By the way for anyone who may be reading this, I don't believe sandyrusty and I have ever traded so my posts aren't in any way impacted by a trade experience. I am just encouraging him to maybe soften the edge of his sword a bit and as a long time every day reader here on this site I will admit I have grown a little tired of his threads whining (for lack of a better word) in the forums about how a trade was received in a frequency that seems to be every couple of months. It obviously isn't producing results since I see the repetitive subject matter. I just wanted to share my opinion as someone reading here each day that has grown a bit frustrated about this. This is my last post in this thread as my goal was to bring awareness that myself and others feel it was a bit harsh. I don't want it to blow up into anything else.
