Great thread Bruno! Issues like that are why I ONLY deal with one trade at a time here AND I pull all cards before accepting the offer. As mentioned before, communication is the key to all trades (no matter what site). Even if something odd happens, like a member accepting a counter-offer when they were supposed to counter that "offer", PM's are necessary for trading.
My current trade "problem" is that a person ACCEPTED the trade when they were supposed to COUNTER with a larger trade offer. Due to TCDB not working correctly in transfers, I didn't own half of those 8 cards anymore. And through PM's we added a second trade and there were more missing cards from my FS/T. I will NEVER completely trust the TCDB Transaction Manager to actually move or remove my cards after many problems with that over the years. But TCDB is STILL better than Beckett!!!
No matter what site I use: I'm pulling cards before I agree to a trade and I hope the potential traders do the same before either of us agree to make a trade. I like what "splinter 9" said: 1: Confirm. 2: Communicate!!! That's exactly what I do for all trades on every card site.
NO PWE's EVER!!! PLZ PM me 1st before sending any offer. ONLY selling cards as of March 2024. No trades or purchases right now.
