While resorting and listing my '70s vintage, I noticed trades from a few years ago [yeah, never looked at them], that were for Topps but I found OPC mixed in. Not complaining, I'll take any card I don't have BUT what it does is throw my totals off for all those sets. Which of course means I have to pull the OPC, relocate, relist and remove and change the Topps count.

Yes that has happened to me.

Years ago for Non-Sport I had gotten a complete set of Grease the movie cards (series 1) and some of the cards are the OPC version of the card. I have yet to go through and figure out which ones I need to find the Topps version of and maybe for the fun of it try to get the rest of the OPC ones (or just outright buy a  OPC set)

This has happended to me a couple of times.  I ordered 1993-94 and 1994-95 O-Pee-Chee Hockey Cards.  Both times I received the Topps versions of both sets.  I didn't mind the 1993-94 Topps I received since I am in the processing of completing this set.

Hey it even happens to Topps. In the 2017 Rediscover Topps Buybacks they had a O-Pee-Chee cards slip in (as well as one confirmed Donruss and one confirmed Leaf) and get stamped and distributed.

I've had it happen with some 85-87 Donruss and Leaf cards. Ordered the Leaf versions for my PC, got the Donruss ones. I guess the big LEAF on the card wasn't obvious enough.
