Hey all. I am just wondering if there are any other Tony Gwynn collectorson the board that are interested in trading or buying some of my duplicates of Tony Gwynn.
As of right now I only have my collection uploaded but I have not yet uploaded my doubles.
If you are a Tony Gwynn collector let me know. With more doubles then I want to count and more the 1200 different cards as doubles I am sure I have something on your want list! 😜

For what it's worth, here is a list of every member who has "favorited" Tony Gwynn:

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'm not on that list, but I collect him too. I'm sure my wants list for him isn't complete. But all my collection and traders are listed.

I watched Tony his entire career in San Diego. I have since moved back east and collect Tony Gwynn. Kickin myself for never getting an autograph during my years watching the Padres at the Murph/Qualcom. I would be interested in trading for sure.

I pulled a 2021 Topps - 70 Years of Topps #70YT-24 Tony Gwynn the other day while ripping a blaster with my 19 year old son. I said, "ooh, that's a keeper." He says, "who is Tony Gwynn?" After picking myself up off the floor and recovering from the shock, I tried to grasp the sincerity of his question. Now granted, he was born the year Tony retired, only played baseball as a very young lad, and has just started getting into watching baseball and card collecting over the past few years, but I don't know who I am more disappointed in. Myself, for him not being taught, or him, for his general lack of self-taught knowledge? LOL! It was myself of course, but I did what any good father would do, I told him to go look him up. He did, and his response was, "yeah, he was pretty good, that is a keeper." Now he knows.

My son and I met him several years ago. Not sure if he was having an off day but he was very grumpy.

go to his player page.
click on "collection summary" on the right hand side of options [which results in your personal collection]
go dow to the report section - there are 4 reports, all which can help you - members with cards in their collection, on their want list, on their trade list, which will list thousands of members - but the last report is great
click on "ranking among members collecting this player" - it will give you your rank, and a list of members with cards in their PC, beginning with the #1 collector [which is you at over 4,000]
there are a lot of great Gwynn collectors / active traders on this list
