Transaction Manager

  • How do I propose a transaction?

    Transactions can be proposed from the Transaction Manager by clicking on the green "Create" button. They can also be proposed from a member's profile page.

    To propose a trade from a Member’s Profile, click “Propose a transaction”

    1. Select transaction type. Usually, trade (default) and click next
    2. On the next page, click Update
    3. Decide whose side you want to work on
    4. Click "edit item(s)"
    5. Select Method 2 (this will manage the cards in your collection automatically (easiest method)
    6. Choose the selection method you'd like to use: Browse or match list and then next. Match list is easiest for new traders.
    7. Select category and next
    8. Select set and next
    9. Select desired card. It will highlight in blue. For multiple selections hold "ctrl" on your keyboard and highlight desired cards
    10. Add to transaction
    11. Repeat steps 2 through 7 for the next set
    12. Edit items(s) and message to propose this transaction. Add a message.
    13. Bottom left drop-down box, highlight Propose, click on Update.

  • How do I add cards to a transaction?

    1. Open received offer, click View.
    2. Click edit item(s) on your side (cards you are offering)
    3. Click add item(s)
    4. Choose the selection method browse or match list and then next
    5. Select category and next
    6. Select desired set and next
    7. Select desired card. It will highlight in blue. For multiple selections hold "ctrl" on your keyboard and highlight desired cards
    8. Click Add to transaction
    9. Repeat steps 2 through 7 for the next set
    10. The same steps are applicable to add cards that you are wanting in the trade


  • How do I remove cards from a transaction?

    1. Click edit item(s)
    2. Click remove item(s)
    3. Select desired card(s). It will highlight in blue. For multiple selections hold "ctrl" on your keyboard and highlight desired cards
    4. Click Remove from transaction


  • My partner's proposal has been stuck on "countering" for a while, is it possible to delete it?

    Any proposals left in the "countering" phase by a potential trading partner will disappear from your view after 14 days. It will still show up in their view and they can decide whether to complete the proposal or withdraw it at a later date.


  • My trading partner and I accepted a trade, but now we want to cancel it. How do we cancel?

    After a trade is accepted, both parties' collections are automatically updated to show that the cards agreed upon are currently tied into a transaction and are no longer available. In order to undo this and remove the transaction from the "In Progress" area, both parties should set the transaction to "Unfinished". After both parties have set the transaction to "Unfinished", each party should do the following:

    1. Click on the "Unfinished" tab in the Transaction Manager
    2. Click on the "Update" link next to the transaction
    3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Check Collection"
    4. Under the "Receiving" tab, use the "Choose an action..." dropdown menu to move the cards back into your wantlist
    5. Under the "Sending" tab, use the "Choose an action..." dropdown menu to move the cards back into your for sale / trade list
  • Transactions listed under the "Unfinished" tab will go away after 30 days.


  • How do I remove a transaction that will not be completed?

    Set the transaction to "Unfinished" and it will be moved to the "Unfinished" tab. Transactions listed under the "Unfinished" tab will go away after 30 days.


  • What does the "Publish Details" option do?

    After a transaction has been completed, there will be a "Publish Details" option that becomes available. If both parties that were involved in the transaction set this to "Yes", other members will be able to see the details of the transaction while browsing the Completed Transactions area.
