  • Is it free to register?

    Yes


  • I registered, but never got a confirmation email. What should I do?

    If you registered, but never got a confirmation email, here are a few things to try:

    • Check your junk mail or spam folder as it may have ended up there.
    • Try registering with a different email address.
    • Try reaching to the site via one of the social media platforms. Links to Facebook and Twitter are on the site's footer.


  • I forgot my password. How do I log back in?

    Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. The link is available on the Login page. It will ask you for your email address. Enter in the email address you used at registration and you'll be sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password.


  • I reset my password and still can't get in. What do I do?

    If you used the Forgot Password link, reset your password, and still can't log in with your new password, it is more than likely due to your browser having cached or saved your old password. Try the following actions:

    • Visit the logoff page, then try logging back in with your new password after: https://www.tcdb.com/LogOff.cfm
    • Try clearing out your temporary Internet files, then logging back in with your new password after. Note: this process differs by browser and computer type. If you're unsure how it's done, try doing a web search including your operating system and browser type for instructions. Example search: "Windows 10 Google Chrome clear temporary Internet files"
    • Try clearing out your browser's saved passwords, then logging back in with your new password after. Note: this process differs by browser and computer type. If you're unsure how it's done, try doing a web search including your operating system and browser type for instructions. Example search: "Windows 10 Google Chrome clear saved passwords" Also, please note that this will clear any saved passwords you may have for all other sites you visit.
    • Try a different web browser or computer. If you're able to log in fine with your new password on the other browser or computer, you know that the problem is related to the specific browser you're using.
