Seems like they spent a fair bit of time sorting out the front and less than 5 minutes on the back.

If you look at the jersey Ben Simmons is wearing it is the Philadelphia 76ers "city edition" jersey that he is wearing, hence the insert name NBA City!

Card is not Chrome, Panini just has an obsession with making the background black on everything.
