“ Kind of a strange looking card. What is the "mystery"? Despite this card's shortcomings it is a Barry Sanders card and is worthy to be collected, if the price is right. (I just looked on COMC and somone is asking $150--no, thank you. BV is $15-$40.) ” -freakizon

Interviewed Barry in high school while working for the Wichita Eagle.  Quoted his coach as saying, "He's definitely a D1, Big 8 running back."  Yep...and then some.

A bland looking card of one of the most exciting players I ever seen on a football field.  Such an amazing talent.

A rarity where the back is better than the front.

I'm telling you-watch Blake Corum run for the mighty Michigan Wolverines.  I guarantee you'll have DejaVu!  Plus they are nearly identical in body habitus.  It's eerie IMO.  If I'm not mistaken and I could be-Blake has more rushing yards then Barry at this point in his Heisman year.  Don't get me wrong there's ONE Barry Sanders, but wow Corum is something else!

Barry ran for 200 yards a game; but with the crappy line and negative runs. he still cleared 100 a game.
