The design looks much older than 2008, and a bit messy.

This was the last Fleer NBA set. Although Upper Deck retained the NBA logo for half a season after this one, they did not produce a Fleer set for the 2009-10 season. The NBA pulled the license mid 2009-10 season to give Panini an exclusive.
