Year: 1997-98

Set: Donruss Limited (Rate)

Card: #44 Patrick Roy / Jocelyn Thibault

“ I've always had mixed feelings about front/back 2-player cards like this. If I sort by player, it looks really bad in a binder because an odd player is present. If I sort by set, it looks really good in a binder because there are no traditional card backs to look at. ” -switzr1

“ If there has to be two or multiple players in same card, I prefer them to be on same side. Because you can never have absolutely equal sides. There is always that front side guy and that back side guy. ” -Duke

“ Don't really like this set much. I prefer each player getting their own card. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Two for one, nice! ” -carthage44

“ UGH. Don't like much of anything about this one. Chrome for one which rarely scans well. Not a fan of either team or player. At least the two players are goalies so that is the common bond to be on the same card called "counterparts". Often times they will pair two players with no connections at all. ” -captkirk42

“ The ability to toggle between front and back makes this card even cooler. ” -wax_house

“ Have several of these. Not a fan of two players front and back, but the cards were shiny and cool. ” -vrooomed

“ Last week, 32 years after buying my first pack of baseball cards, I finally got a bunch of hockey cards -stickers actually- in a flea market. The only vaguely familiar name was Patrick Roy. ” -volbox
