Set: Topps Gypsy Queen (Rate)
Card: #251 Erik Johnson
“ I wish Topps would stop messing with the colors in the photos on these and other cards (Like the Olympics issues) ” -Billy Kingsley
“ Good looking card, though I prefer a first name to a first initial. Even if that's how they did it on the original GQ cards. I want to know who a player is when looking at the front. Otherwise you have another Pro Set Platinum! ” -switzr1
“ Nice card. When Topps brought back Gypsy Queen from the tobacco card graveyard the first year I had zero interest in them. I thought they were hideous. The next year they looked OK and I had gotten one in a trade or a group break and thought they really weren't THAT bad. Some years they are extremely ugly though. ” -captkirk42
“ He is still fairly young but his stint in the Majors the past two seasons have been rough. Having a confidence problem right now. Hope he can get it together soon. ” -carthage44
“ Is it me or des his head look small compared with the rest of his body? ” -koloth42
“ I have some of these (they were used as box filler for a set I bought). The card stock is nice. That's all I have to say. ” -vrooomed
“ I like that Gypsy Queen is made, and readily available, but it's not my favorite offering. ” -jackal726
“ Gypsy Queen won me over with this border last year. This photo, not so great a choice. Too much prominent crotch. ” -marcbrubaker
“ For some reason, I really like the Gypsy Queen set, regardless of year. Maybe its the combination of my two loves, art and baseball. ” -engine614
“ No, No, a thousand times NO. ” -NJdevils
“ Not a big fan of Gypsy Queen. All of their designs are too similar. I also don't like the heavy card stock. ” -suomibear8
