Year: 1986

Set: Monty Gum Wrestling Stars (Rate)

Card: #12 Baron Von Raschke

“ Seriously I don't even know what to say ” -Young Kilo

“ I was 12-13 years old, and I would stay up until midnight to watch WWWF Wrestling on Channel 9 in New York. One of the memorable villains was Baron Von Raschke, who would goose-step into the ring with a Nazi cape on. When he applied his "brain claw" to finish his opponent, the TV producers put a giant X on the screen to obscure the "horrific" sight. Of course, in real life, he was a Nebraska high school amateur wrestling champion by the name of Don Raschke who sometimes moonlighted as a substitute teacher. ” -Dave Sosidka

“ Say what you want, but this is the scariest card I have seen on this site ” -Hollywood42

“ That's a large head. ” -jlaz10

“ Awesome! This set has one of the finest collections of bizarre wrestling photos known to man. ” -ray fosse's ghost

“ Did not know Grandpa was a wrestler? ” -Mihome316

“ Yikes! It's a bad photo of Mr. Clean! ” -koloth42

“ Bur Durp a Durp!!! Bur bu? ” -Dixxy

“ The back looks almost as bad as the front does.. Is that a wax figure head?? ” -lyfestory

“ Wow, I didn't know that the stereotype of all wrestlers actually existed. He kinda looks like a 1940s comic book villain too, now that I think about it! ” -Billy Kingsley
