Yes this has been the norm since the pandemic hit.  It also coincided with them moving to a new larger facility, so that didn't help.  

I will say the one thing that COMC does great is the packaging.  It's bomb proof.

You mean USPS proof? I think they do more damage than a bomb at this point.

My last shipment of 207 cards    One large box inside it was 2 boxes and a card in a top loader (not the highest price card in the order.)    Inside one box was cards but inside the other box was another box with cards inside it.   The 3 boxes and top loader was wrapped in bubble wrapping.

So Yes their packaging is top of the line.  All cards were in penny sleeves.

Ive had decent luck ordering COMC stuff through eBay.  Still takes a while but I usually get it within 30 days, even quicker sometimes.  

COMC has always been a very standup company for me to buy cards.  My last two shipments (just shipping now) took over two months.  That didn't thrill me, but they sent me two $5 shipping credits that automatically apply as I just used one for another lot shipment.  I will say they do a very good job of verifying your order and they package as well as previously mentioned.  

Standard COMC shipping is about a month. If you pay for expedited service it takes two weeks. It usually ships earlier than stated. Guess they make a longer estimate just in case.

For me, I usually accrue cards and ship once per year so I don’t mind paying for the expedited service. Plus if the card rises in price I don’t mind listing it for sale to buy more cards.

I put in my last order on 02/28/2024. Not scheduled to ship until 05/13/2024 and it keeps moving back. Not happy but not in a rush for things either.
