About to submit an IR for this card.

No trouble with the identity of this card, however I am not good at identifying Topps cards over the years, and I can't figure out what product and year this sketch is based off. Don't recognize that horizontal bar in the background.

Looking for help.

Sketch cards don't have to be based off another card, they can be (and usually are) original images/designs. ------------------------------- -- Dan -- Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 3/4/2024). That's true, but most of the other cards in this set, submitted so far, are tagged with a vintage Topps card. So I thought I'd make some effort here.

Also, does this database want to tag artists on sketch cards? I suppose the Topps artist can be identified based on the "signature"

in the case of this card looks to me like : RAM 12 ?

I'm guessing there are knowledgable card collectors who know the names of Topps staff artists.
